After the Reds Reserve’s were awarded a bye in the first round of playoff games following Barrow’s inability to raise a team the Reds will now play Widnes in the next round at The Willows on Saturday 6 September with a kick off time of 2.30pm.

Entry through the Tavern priced at £4.

Congratulations from everybody at the club to Phil Leuluai who was tonight voted Junior Reds Player of the Year 2008 and received the trophy, kindly donated by Bill McLaughlin.

The Junior Reds voted on the night and Nicola Badrock was pulled from the hat to present Big Phil with his trophy and she was given a signed shirt to remember the night by.

We would like ot thank everybody for attending and we look forwrad to seeing you at the Junior Reds Christmas party.

Hi folks, Just got the call that tonight’s Playoff game against Barrow reserves has been postponed as Barrow cannot raise a team.

Waiting to hear from the RFL what this means, but there will be no game here tonight.
